Sika MonoTop®-910 S is a 1-component, cementitious silicate mortar, modified with polymers, for use as an adhesion bridge and corrosion protection of steel reinforcement.

Mixing ratio

For application with a brush: ~ 0.84 lt water (21%) per 4 kg of powder
For spray application: ~ 0.8 lt water (20%) per 4 kg powder
Consumption As an adhesion bridge - Depends on the roughness of the substrate and the thickness of the layer. As a guide use ~ 2.0 - 2.5 kg of powder per m² and mm of layer thickness.
As corrosion protection - Use ~ 2.0 kg of dust per m² per 1 mm layer thickness as a guide.
Performance

4 kg of powder yield about 2.3 lt of mortar
Layer thickness

As an adhesive bridge - it is sufficient to cover the concrete surface with a thin film, which covers the unevenness, pores and cavities.
As corrosion protection - minimum layer thickness 2 mm
Workability time

~ 75 minutes at +20 ° C
