How to order

- Through internet with pickup from one of our technical department stores
- By phone order at 2106255780 & 2221079950. In the case of a telephone order, the purchase can not be made using a credit card.
E-Order Procedure
Our aim is to be able to order easily, quickly and easily the products you have selected.You have the option of making your purchases as a "simple visitor" or joining at andreoy.gr, by clicking on << sign up >>. By this way, every time you make a << log in>> you will be able to see our offers and suggestions.
After selecting the product you are interested in, click on the << my cart >> icon to buy it. You can repeat the process with whatever products you want.
During the purchase process, there are detailed steps that guide you to set shipping address, shipping method, shipping costs (if applicable), and payment method to complete your order.
After registering your order, you will receive an e-mail of successful order entry in the -email you have indicated.
You will be informed about the progress of your order at every step by automatically e-mails. We may also contact you by phone (or via e-mail) to confirm your order. If it is not possible to communicate with you, the order remains pending for one week. If the above period expires, your order will be canceled automatically.
Shipments of products are made only within Greece.
The order is sent to the address the customer has indicated, in the manner chosen by him / her. The order is sent within 10 (ten) working days and the shipping cost for which you have been informed during the purchase process.
The free shipping of products with purchases over € 139 for certain regions of Attica, Evia and Boeotia is automatically calculated during the purchase process.

Force majeure
If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, product unavailability of the supplier, defective product, etc.) we are unable to deliver the products within the pre-set time of 10 days from receipt of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to tell us if you wish under these circumstances to complete your order.
Product prices
The listed product prices are final (including VAT). Andreoy Insulation SA reserves the right to change the prices listed in andreoy.gr, expressly assuming that any price change does not affect orders that have already been completed by the customer and which will be executed at the price that was in effect at the completion of the order .
Product availability
In case of unavailability of the ordered product by our supplier, which will result in an increase in the delivery time, Andreoy Insulation SA will notify the customer of the delay of delivery of the item. If the customer determines that the delivery delay renders the transaction unprofitable, then the customer may request the order cancellation for that item. Existing other items in the given order will be delivered normally. Excludes the credit card purchase where it is not possible to deliver part of the total order. For specific products that require a special order due to specific dimensions (eg screens) or have particularities due to availability, volume - weight or high value, the follow payment methods will not be eligible: cash on delivery & payment upon receipt from our technical department stores .
