A double grill from a T131 grid is placed before the concreting for additional reinforcement of the concrete, after the delimitation of the space that the stamped floor will be applied(formwork)
Reinforced concrete
It is very important the quality of our concrete to be excellent, because that will lead to the good application and longevity of the stamped floor. For construction, we need a new 10 cm thick concrete, to be durable and to avoid cracking on the final surface of the stamped floor.
Colors and design
The final stage of surface treatment for the manufacture of the stamped floor. Initially, the process of grinding and coloring of your choise is performed at the concrete with special dusting mortar.
Once the surface has matured sufficiently ,we use the formwork that you have chosen to implement the design.
Protection layer
After a few days (depending on weather conditions), the finished stamped floor is washed with hydrochloric acid solution and then a special protective varnish sealant is applied.
