HSS-CO COBATAL DRILL 4mm

The HSS cobalt helical drill provides long-lasting performance when drilling in stainless steel. Extended service life results from 5% cobalt alloy content and HSS (fast cut steel) which provide excellent surface quality, wear-resistance and heat protection. With two cutters and two propellers, the chips are easily removed to increase the life of the drill. This drill works with alloy and non-steel, stainless steel, cast iron and heat and acid-resistant steel. It has a cylindrical stem system (the stem is the same dimensions as the drill) and is intended for use on drill bases and drills.

The HSS cobalt drill is made according to DIN 338. The drill is type N (propeller angle) with a 135-degree tip and a tolerance of diameter h8. Active cutting and flawless centring are achieved thanks to the split-point nose.
