ISOMAT DUROPRIMER 3 KG 2-component epoxy primer

DUROPRIMER is a two-component, solvent-based transparent epoxy system.

• It exhibits great abrasion resistance and high hardness.
• It is particularly resistant to water, acids, alkalis, petroleum, etc.
• It is classified as SR-B2.0 according to EN 13813 standard. 

• Chemical base:  2-component epoxy resin  
• Shade:  transparent
•  Viscosity:  120 mPa.s (+23°C)
• Density:  0.98 kg/l
• Mixing ratio (A:B): 100:33.3 by weight
• Shelf life: approx. 7 h (+20°C)
• Minimum curing temperature:  +8°C
• Potability:  after 24 h (+23°C)
• Waiting time between coats : 10-24 h at +23°C  
• Final strengths:  after 7 days at +23°C
• Bond strength:  > 3 N/mm2 (concrete fracture) 

DUROPRIMER is used as a primer on cement-based substrates, such as concrete, cement mortars, etc., which are to be coated with epoxy resins of the DUROFLOOR system.
