Epoxol Putty, a two-component epoxy system for fastening-bonding sealing applications.
Applications
- Numerous cases that require mechanical, thermal and corrosion-resistant stresses, as well as tightness
- Cracking work, very strong welding of metals, concrete, wood, ceramics, all building elements, thermal insulation boards, polyester, hard plastics (eg PVC) etc.
- In particular, Epoxol® is suitable for welding aluminium, copper, iron, other metals and alloys, porcelain, PVC pipes, as well as for glueing tiles of tanks or floors using water or chemical solutions.
Surface smoothing, e.g. floor plastering before painting with Neopox® Special epoxy paint
- Repairs of local damage to cars, yachts or ships, fuel tanks, sewer pipes, where it can be reinforced with fiberglass (FIBERGLASS), carbon (CARBON FIBER) and aramid (KEVLAR).
- Epoxol® is widely used in electrical and electronic applications (boxing-insulation).
Mixing ratio:
- The usual mixing ratio is 1: 1.
Can be used in other proportions such as:
- For 2: 1 reinforcement nails
- For sealing joints and gaps where shrinkage and expansion are observed and elasticity 1: 2-2.5 is required
Packaging: Plastic container (A) 500gr & (B) 500gr
Product variant: Epoxol® Liquid (Liquid):
- Epoxy system (1: 1) as above in a more fluid form for application on larger surfaces so that it is easier to apply, has high efficiency and fills smaller holes and gaps.
- Suitable for filling and sealing small gaps and cracks in structural elements such as supports, beams, foundations, walls, floors.
- In addition, it functions as a structural welding material, contributing to the monolithic of the individual members of the structural element.
