Ferroseal 1kg Iron anti-corrosion coating

FERROSEAL is a ready-made cement mortar that protects the iron reinforcement from corrosion and acts as an adhesive layer between old and new mortar or concrete in repair work. It is classified as a product of iron reinforcement protection against corrosion, according to the standard EN1504-7. Certificate number: 2032-CPR-10.11.

Consumption

• As corrosion protection: 0.07-0.13 kg per current reinforcement meter.
• As a binding layer: 2 kg / m² surface.

FERROSEAL is used:

• For the protection of iron reinforcement in restorations of reinforced concrete, which has been damaged e.g. due to earthquake, carbonation or poor application.
• For preventive protection of reinforcements in thin structural elements or in cases where the structural element is intended to operate in a wet environment.
• As an adhesive layer between old and new concrete or mortar.
