ISOFLEX-PU 500 Gray 6kg Spreadable polyurethane.

ISOFLEX-PU 500 is based on elastomeric, hydrophobic polyurethane resins which give it excellent resistance: mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV radiation and weather effects.

• It forms a single, elastic, water-tight and vapor-permeable membrane, without joints and joints.
•  It has very good adhesion to various surfaces, such as concrete, cement mortars, wood, etc. and to most waterproofing layers.
• Its application does not require smoothness of the substrate.
• It is also suitable for planted roofs, planters, etc.
• Available in white and other shades. When a dark shade of ISOFLEX-PU 500 is chosen as the exposed layer, it is required to cover it with one layer of TOPCOAT-PU 720 in the same shade.

1. Certified with the CE mark as a concrete surface protection product according to  EN 1504-2 standard. No. certificate: 2032-CPR-10.11 .
2. It has also been tested in accordance with the requirements of EAD 030350-00-0402 and is classified as:  W3, S, TL4-TH4, P4 high , i.e. it has an expected life of  25 years  under the worst test conditions defined by the standard, regarding usage loads (P4), the climate zone (S) and the resistance to maximum and minimum operating temperature (TL4-TH4).
3. The product has been successfully tested by an independent laboratory as suitable for anti-radical protection, according to the  CEN/TS 14416:2014 standard

Before application, it is recommended to lightly stir ISOFLEX-PU 510 to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Excessive agitation should be avoided for the risk of air entrapment.

1. Diluting and washing tools with  Solvent SM-28 ,
2. Primer required:  EPOXYPRIMER 500 (A+B)
