ISOFLEX HYBRID is a hybrid, brushable, elastomeric, water-soluble roof sealant based on acrylic and polyurethane resins

• Adhesion: 2.9 N / mm2 (EN 1542, requirement for flexible systems without circulation: 0.8 N / mm2)
• Artificial ageing: Passes (no (EN 1062-11, appear after 2000 h) blisters, cracks, detachment or chalk)
• Fire response: Class F (EN 13501-1)
• Minimum application temperature: + 5ºC
• Viscosity: ≈30,000 mPa · s (EN ISO 2884-2)
• Drying time at + 20ºC: 2 hours to the touch (EN ISO 2811-1)
• Repaint time at + 20ºC: 18 hours to the touch (EN ISO 2811-1)
• Consumption: 0.5-0.75 kg / m2 per layer, depending on the substrate.

Application - Consumption:

• Universal surface sealing.
• After the primer has dried, the ISOFLEX HYBRID is applied with a brush or roller in two coats with a consumption of 0.5-0.75 kg / m2 per coat, depending on the substrate.
• The second layer is done crosswise and after it dries and the first coat is passable.
