VIMASIL.
- Immerses the porous substrate in-depth & offers water repellency for many years, without creating a surface film. Waterproofing of tile joints.
- Prevents the appearance of salts and frost damage that occur on wet surfaces.
- It has great penetration, deeply impregnates the substrate and creates a barrier against rain, with a long life.
PROPERTIES
- It is completely resistant to the alkalinity of the substrate.
- It does not create a membrane, the appearance of the surface remains unchanged, without shining and the breathability of the structural element is not reduced.
- The surface impregnated with VIMASIL is kept clean, because the rainwater does not penetrate into the pores, but is removed, thus rinsing the dust that has been attached.
- Eliminates the risk of salts and frost damage that occur on wet surfaces.
VIMASIL is offered as water repellent protection of exterior surfaces of buildings (mainly walls) if they have a porous texture:
- Plaster, marble, attic, grout or cast mortar, but not painted in any colour (plastic, acrylic) other than water-based paint
- Visible coloured masonry
- Natural stones, porphyry, marbles
- Tiles and general ceramic products
- Exposed concrete
- Its application is not excluded on horizontal surfaces, eg for waterproofing of ceramic tile joints or marble paving.
- A surface impregnated with VIMASIL can at any time be painted with plastic or acrylic paint but not with watercolour.
