Berling Shield 20L. Waterproofing of structural surfaces

One component, waterproof, water-soluble, protective, polysiloxane/silane solution, based on nanotechnology.
It penetrates deep into the smallest pores of the surface, fully protecting and waterproofing any type of absorbent structural surface, such as cement, plaster, exposed concrete, bricks, unglazed marble (porous marble), alpha blocks, stones such as Karystos, etc.
Its nanomolecular size gives it the ability to easily penetrate the open pores of the surface, giving excellent waterproofing properties. The product allows the surface to breathe, ie it prevents the external moisture from entering the inside of the surface while at the same time it allows the moisture that is inside to come out in the form of water vapour.

It does not affect the appearance of the surface and when dry the material is colourless and transparent and does not give shine to the surface. It has a high resistance to alkalis while preventing the appearance of salts (efflorescence). The product also protects against the appearance of mould and other microorganisms that appear due to moisture. After application, the surface is easier to clean from various contaminants and those that are transported through the rain.

Theoretical efficiency: 7-10m2 / lt, per coating depending on the shape and absorbency of the surface.
