WATERBLOCK FLEX Gray 18kg Spreadable waterproofing mortar

Elastic two-component rubber sealant mortar with very strong adhesion, suitable for sealing structural elements that show or are expected to show capillary cracks. It is applied both from the side of water infestation (positive) and from the inside (negative). It is an ideal solution for inverted roofs, planters, terraces and terraces under tile coatings.

WATERBLOCK FLEX offers many advantages:

• Bridges cracks or joints of small width
• Maintains complete tightness in hydrostatic pressure according to EN 12390-8.
• It is applied with complete success in continuous hydrostatic pressure from the positive (application) side or the negative (opposite to the application) side.
•  It has excellent adhesion to any building surface such as concrete, cement mortars, bricks, cement blocks, mosaics, ceramic tiles, plasterboards, wood, metals, polystyrene.
• It offers a protective coating of concrete surfaces, acting against their carbonization and corrosion of reinforcement.
•  It is a water vapor permeable material that allows the breathability of the structural elements.
•  Thanks to its high elasticity, the WATERBLOCK FLEX membrane is resistant to high and low temperatures and aging.
