HyRoof Hybrid PU is a new technology hybrid elastomeric roof sealant based on water acrylic polyurethane.

1. It forms a highly elastic, seamless membrane, offering excellent protection against moisture and stagnant water.
2. Certified with the European Technical Approval (ETA 16/0755)  by the notified body TZUS - member of EOTA - according to the European Technical Directive ETAG 005 (Liquid Applied Roof Waterproofing Kits).
3. It is  certified by the University of Athens, Department of Physics,  for its properties as a cold roofing material, resulting in a highly reflective final layer (reflectivity in the visible spectrum 93%), which improves the energy efficiency of buildings by reducing cooling costs .

• It has excellent adhesion to all roof substrates such as concrete, asphalt membranes, cement slabs, acrylic, polyurethane paints, etc.
• Shows very low water absorption, covers microcracks and capillaries extremely well.
