Water-based epoxy primer suitable for Neoproof® Polyurea brushable waterproofing system  

Fields of application Acqua® Primer NP is the suitable primer for the preparation of surfaces which are to be brushed with Neoproof® Polyurea waterproofing systems. It creates chemical bonding with polyurea, contributing to long-term durability of waterproofing.

• Drying time: (+25°C) 7 hours
• Pot life: (+25°C) 1 hour
• Dry to recoat: (+25°C) after 24 hours
• Temperature of application: +12^oC to +35^oC
• Walkability: (+25°C) 24 hours
• Total hardening: ~7 days
• Adhesive strength: ≥3 N/mm² 
• Mixing ratio: (weight proportion)100Α:40Β
• Consumption: 120-160gr/m², for one coat (depending on substrate absorptivity)

Properties 
Two-component, water-based epoxy primer with high adhesion. It is suitable for concrete surfaces, thermal insulating foam, bituminous membranes with granules, which will be brushed with Neoproof® Polyurea waterproofing systems.
Compliant with the regulation 2004/42/EC for limitation of V.O.C. in paints and varnishes.
