VIMATOL-PL 20kg Water reducer / concrete fluidizer

VIMATOL-PL is a liquid additive that acts as a water reducer or concrete fluidizer. It offers multiple improvements in both fresh and hardened concrete.

• Contributes to the better hydration of the cement resulting in its optimal use.
• Improves the workability and pumpability of concrete, prevents the mixing of aggregates and therefore significantly facilitates compaction.
• Allows mixing water to be reduced for stable workability.

The above improvements that VIMATOL-PL brings to the properties of fresh concrete also have a positive effect on hardened concrete:

• Reduction of cracks due to coagulation shrinkage.
• Reduction of porosity and therefore water absorption.
• Increase in mechanical strength

• VIMATOL-PL is added as a water-reducing agent in the manufacture of concrete, thus allowing a reduction of mixing water if constant workability is required. This means reducing the Water / Cement ratio and therefore increasing the initial and final strengths. If it is not desirable to increase the strength of concrete, it is possible to reduce the amount of cement for reasons of economy.
• VIMATOL-PL is added as a fluidizer to the finished concrete shortly before concreting, thus significantly increasing settling without the addition of water. This not only does not reduce the strength but also brings about a small increase due to better hydration of the cement.
