Neocret. 5kg Reinforced cementitious quick-setting mortar

Suitable for very easy and durable restoration works in buildings, repairs to worn, cracked or broken concrete parts e.g. columns, beams, slabs, stairs, hairpin holes, doors, windows (frames, pedestals), cracks and joints in concrete. It can be used as a repair mortar in points up to 30mm thick or after work by an electrician, plumber or on walls, ceilings in a layer up to 15mm thick.

• Reinforced cementitious quick-setting mortar for repair work of structural elements.
• Neocret® is a ready-to-use, high thixotropic pre-mixed mortar. It is quick-setting and fiber-reinforced.
• The addition of water creates a mixture, which is easily spread on vertical surfaces and ceilings using a spatula.
• Provides very high resistance to moisture and ice. Certified with CE (EN 998-1)

• Careful cleaning of the surface and rid of dust, loose materials, oils, grease, debris and rust on the reinforcement to create a solid background
• For the corrosion protection of the metal frame, two coats of Ferrorep® anti-corrosion coating are required before applying the material.
• Good wetting of the points that will be repaired at least 6-12 hours before the application of the mortar
• Add 25 kg of Neocret® to 4-4.5 L of water to give the mixture the desired consistency. The mixture is applied with a trowel, spatula or spray in successive layers up to 1.5 cm thick each.
• The finish can be done by smoothing the surface with a wooden or plastic sander, as soon as the mortar starts to set, ie when the fingers can touch without sinking into the mortar.
