Merbenit IA45 gray adhesive and sealant 750ml

General purpose, self leveling permanently elastic one component adhesive and sealant based on SMP – Hybrid Polymer with fast curing (3 hours).

• The surfaces must be clean of dust, greasy elements and old adhesives.
• MERBENIT IA45 can be applied to many surfaces without a primer. However, where required, the use of a solder booster is recommended.
• The correct dimensioning of the joints (joints) is necessary for an excellent sealing.
• To apply the material, cut the tube, screw on the nozzle and spread the material in lines, using a gun or a spatula, evenly on the surfaces to be welded.
• The thickness of the material depends on the surface of the materials to be welded.
• You adjust the connection within 10 minutes at the latest.
• The surfaces must remain stable for 24 hours. After application, the joints are cleaned and finished with TURBO TOP-FINISH.
• MERBENIT IA45 is paintable.
